Fried Rice



You Need:

4 Cups cooked rice (sticky)  the amount of rice depends on how many peeps are eating.
Ham (as much or little as you want)
Onion (half or whole)
2 Eggs
Some Carrots 
Garlic Salt 
Soy Sauce
BUTTER

Throw some butter in that skillet girls. Next you saute your onions and carrots together. When those are finished throw your eggs in and scramble that mess up. Add garlic salt to this as it is cooking. Now throw in your chopped up ham. Next dump in your rice and mix it all up then add Soy sauce to your liking.  Add some more garlic salt why not. 

So delicious. You can eat it with some fruit we like to do some of that frozen good fruit from costco with this perhaps some more veggies if you need more veggies in your diet.
