CHEESE-BROCCOLI SOUP

WOW six months, really?
Come on you big kooks!
Because Fall is basically tomorrow, here is a soup recipe that will surely hit the spot, and warm you up! oh and it is so easy....


Ingredients:
2 cups diced red potatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 cups butter
1 cup flour
4 cups milk
3-4 boullion cubes
3 containers of Old English cheese spread

Directions:
Boil veggies with boullion cubes
Mix butter, flour, and milk in small bowl. Pour into veggie water. Let THICKEN
Then add all 3 containers of cheese spread- stir
Salt and pepper to tase.
ENJOY!!!!

Don't forget the bread bowls and/or breadsticks.
