3-4 Chicken Breasts
1 Egg Beaten
Corn Starch or Flour ( I use flour because that's what I have around the house)
*Thaw chicken and cut into chunks. Beat Egg in bowl. Put Flour on a plate or in a separate bowl. Dip Chicken in egg and then roll into flour. Place into pan and cook until brown on medium heat. Once chicken is cooked place in dish and pour sauce over top.
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Ketchup
*Heat all sauce ingredients together over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
We usually put some white rice in our rice cooker and put the sweet and sour chicken over that. It's super easy and yummy! Enjoy!!
